We only use DHL when shipping Mountain, Cross and Kids bikes. Trekking and City bikes are shipped with trans-o-flex.

Attention We do not ship Trekking and City bikes outside of Germany!

The shipping company may need to contact you, therefore you must give us your telephone number when buying a bike.

We do not ship to post office boxes.

We do not ship bikes within Wartburg County, Thuringia, Germany.

All shipped bikes are ineligible for a free inspection.

All shipping costs include insurance and VAT.

As a general rule, we will not ship used bikes.

Damage of goods during transport
if your order arrives and the carton or package is damaged (obvious damage), inspect the contents and immediately file a claim with the shipping company. Because of insurance-related requirements, you must also contact us within two business days and report the problem. If you discover that your order is damaged after opening an undamaged carton or package (hidden damage), file a claim with the shipping company within 24 hours. Once again, because of insurance-related requirements, you must also contact us within two business days and report the problem.

Self Pick-Up
- Pick-up time must be agreed upon beforehand either per email or telephone.
- Pick-up is only possible Monday through Friday 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 10.00-14:00.
- Cash and EC card are the only payment methods accepted.
